This vintage Willow Tree “Grateful” figurine was designed by Susan Lordi for Demdaco and is dated 2004. The sculpture depicts a standing woman in a long pale dress holding an arrangement of dark metal wire flowers.

The figure is made from cast resin with a hand-finished carved wood effect. Its faceless form, softly painted neutral tones and textured surface are characteristic of the Willow Tree collection. The wire stems and outlined flower heads provide a contrasting sculptural detail against the understated figure.

The underside carries the Willow Tree name, the title “Grateful,” the Demdaco mark and the ©2004 Susan Lordi attribution. Produced in 2004, this example now qualifies as vintage under Etsy’s twenty-year age requirement.

The figurine is in pre-owned vintage condition. Age-related surface marks, rubbing and areas of discolouration are visible. There is a noticeable area of surface wear and paint loss on the lower front section of the dress, together with wear and marks around the base. The metal flower stems show minor movement and natural variation in alignment. No obvious major cracks or large structural chips are visible in the supplied photographs. The original box is not included. Please use the photographs as the primary reference for condition.
