Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
During busy periods, holidays, promotional events, or due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
United Kingdom:

Europe:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
DELAYS
Rare Finds House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- customs clearance procedures,
- weather conditions,
- public holidays,
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,
- or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rare Finds House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at cottonvillage22@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter appropriately.
