Our Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during the return journey.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Where item is being returned internationally, it must be shipped as return to prevent additional tax entering The UK.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please don't return it straight away. Get in touch with us first and include photos of both the item and the packaging. We'll review the situation and do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost for the new one. Please contact us first so we can arrange everything smoothly.

Pack the item carefully and securely, using protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit.
Step three
Ship the item back to us at the address provided.
For international returns, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as"returned goods"when shipping back to the UK. If this is not done and import duties or taxes are charged, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
