We dispatch all items from the UK and aim to ship within 1–2 working days.
Our Packaging
Many of our items are fragile and unique, so we take great care when packaging them. Each piece is securely wrapped using protective paper, bubble wrap, and, where needed, self-expanding foam.
Items are placed in sturdy boxes with additional padding to minimise movement, then sealed and clearly marked as fragile to help ensure they arrive safely and as described.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri.
For larger or higher-value orders, express courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx may be used.
Import Duty & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
Where possible, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for buyers. Any applicable charges will be handled in line with the shipping method used and local regulations.
