Will I receive the exact item shown?
Yes, in most cases you will receive the exact item shown in the photos, as many pieces are one-of-a-kind.
If multiple quantities of the same item are available, the listing may show one example. As most items are handmade, there may be very minor variations between pieces, but these differences will not be significant or affect overall appearance or quality.
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items must be securely and protectively packaged to prevent damage during the return journey. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs arenon-refundable.
For international returns, items must be clearly marked as “returned goods” when shipped back to the UK. If this is not done and import taxes or duties are charged, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us before returning the item. Include photos of both the item and the packaging. We will review the situation and do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are possible. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost for the new item. Please contact us first so we can arrange this smoothly.
