This Lilliput Lane sculpture represents the Wycombe Toll House, released as the Special Edition model for the 1994 Annual Fair. Handmade in Cumbria, the piece reflects the architectural character of the historic toll houses found across the UK, featuring an octagonal brick structure, arched windows, and a detailed roof design. It comes complete with its original box, Deeds document, and Certificate of Authenticity.

The model showcases intricate brickwork, window framing, floral detailing, and a seated figure at the entrance, all typical of mid-1990s Lilliput Lane craftsmanship. The base stamp confirms its 1994 copyright and identifies the sculpt as the Annual Fair Special Edition, which contributes to its appeal among collectors.
