Beatrix Potter Jemima Puddle Duck Figurine 2003 FW Co Boxed Resin Peter Rabbit Collectible

This boxed Jemima Puddle-Duck figurine comes from The World of Beatrix Potter collection and carries the FW & Co. copyright mark dated 2003. The underside is also marked with the identification code AA8191.

The figure is formed from cast resin and finished with detailed hand-painted colouring. Jemima is depicted wearing her recognisable blue bonnet and pink patterned shawl while carrying flowers and vegetables in a woven basket. She stands on a shaped countryside base with moulded grass and flower details.

Jemima Puddle-Duck is one of the best-known characters created by English author and illustrator Beatrix Potter. She first appeared in The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck, and licensed figures of the character continue to attract Peter Rabbit and British storybook collectors. The FW & Co. marking refers to Frederick Warne & Co., the historic publisher associated with Beatrix Potter’s works and licensed characters. Contemporary products continue to use the FW & Co. rights notice.

The figurine appears to be in good pre-owned condition, with no obvious chips, cracks or repairs visible in the supplied photographs. Minor surface wear may be present from age and previous display. The original presentation box is included and shows visible storage wear, creasing, edge rubbing and some distortion to the top flap. Please use the photographs as the primary condition reference.
