This is a vintage Border Fine Arts “Not Far To Go” resin dog figurine, model number B0107, handmade in Scotland and dated 1994. The piece features a black and white Border Collie seated beside a countryside milestone marked “Border Fine Arts 7 miles.”

The figurine is made from detailed hand-finished resin, with textured fur, naturalistic ground detail and a stone-effect milestone. The reverse shows the sculptor signature “Ayres” and the Border Fine Arts copyright mark, while the underside retains the original Border Fine Arts label.

Border Fine Arts was well known for British countryside, farm animal and sporting-life models, with many pieces produced in Scotland during the late 20th century. Their dog and rural life figures remain popular with collectors of country decor, breed-specific ornaments and Scottish-made resin models.

The figurine appears in good vintage condition, with light age-related surface wear visible from handling and display. No major chips, cracks or repairs are apparent from the photos. Please review the images carefully for the full condition and surface detail.
