This vintage Coalport “Georgina” figurine was produced in England in 1989 for the Golden Age collection, a series inspired by the elegance and fashion of the Edwardian era. This numbered limited-edition example is number 6,609 from an edition of 12,500.

Made from fine English bone china, the figure depicts an Edwardian lady wearing a flowing pink and white gown with layered ruffles, bows and a rose-trimmed hat. She carries a small dog beneath one arm and holds a coordinating handbag in her other hand. The glazed surface and hand-painted pastel decoration highlight the detailed modelling of the dress, accessories and facial features.

The Golden Age collection was commissioned by Compton & Woodhouse and produced by Coalport, one of England’s established ceramic manufacturers. “Georgina” was sculpted by John Bromley, whose signature and the Coalport factory marks appear on the underside. The design reflects the collection’s focus on historical costume and late Victorian to Edwardian society fashion.

The figurine appears to be in very good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs visible in the supplied photographs. There are light age-related marks and surface residue around the underside of the base. It is unboxed and should be examined closely in all photographs for its complete cosmetic condition.
