Royal Albert Tommy Brock Figurine Beatrix Potter Badger Character Collectable English Ceramic Animal Figure

This ceramic figurine represents Tommy Brock, the badger character from the Beatrix Potter story The Tale of Mr. Tod. The figure was produced by Royal Albert England as part of the official Beatrix Potter character figurine collection.

The figurine depicts Tommy Brock standing with a slightly hunched posture, wearing a traditional waistcoat and jacket. The badger’s distinctive black and white markings are carefully hand-painted, while the clothing features subtle textured glazing in muted blue and earthy tones. The base includes a small painted motif and soft green ground, reflecting the countryside setting typical of Beatrix Potter scenes.

Royal Albert is one of the well-known English porcelain manufacturers that produced Beatrix Potter figurines after acquiring the Beswick line. These figures became popular among collectors of literary-themed ceramics and English pottery. Characters like Tommy Brock are part of a wider series depicting figures from Potter’s classic children’s stories, which have been collected internationally for decades.

The base mark reads:
