This vintage Royal Albert Peter with Daffodils figurine was produced in England in 1996 as part of the officially licensed Beatrix Potter character collection.

The porcelain figure depicts Peter Rabbit standing on a textured grassy base while wearing his recognisable pale blue jacket and holding a cluster of yellow daffodils. Moulded fur, clothing, flowers and ground details are finished with a glossy glaze and carefully applied natural colours. The underside carries the Royal Albert England crown mark, character name, Beatrix Potter attribution and 1996 copyright information.

Peter Rabbit first appeared in Beatrix Potter’s celebrated children’s stories and remains the best-known character from her illustrated world. This particular Royal Albert model was designed by Warren Platt, issued in 1996 and retired in 1998. Its short production period and BP6a backstamp contribute to its collector appeal.
