This vintage Nao “Pretty Pose” figurine, model 01233, was handmade in Spain and dates to approximately 1995. It depicts a poised woman wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a full-length lilac gown, lifting one side of her ruffled skirt.

The figure is made from glazed porcelain with a soft pastel palette characteristic of Nao production. Its sculptural details include a fitted bodice, puffed sleeves, layered ruffles, carefully modelled hands and a pale blue shoe visible beneath the raised hem. The high-gloss surface emphasises the folds and movement of the dress.

Nao was introduced as part of the Lladró group’s Spanish porcelain production, offering expressive figurines made using related ceramic traditions. The underside bears the Nao and Lladró marks, “Hand Made in Spain” wording and the DAISA copyright mark. Comparable examples identify this tall lady design as “Pretty Pose” or “Lady Holding Skirt,” model 01233.

The figurine appears to be in very good vintage condition. No obvious chips, cracks or repairs are visible in the supplied photographs. Minor shelf wear and production-related marks may be present around the unglazed underside. No original presentation box is shown or included.
