This hand painted porcelain Canary Bird figurine was produced by Goebel in West Germany as part of their wildlife series. The model is marked “Kanarienvogel / Canary-Bird” with the code 38510-14 on the base, consistent with Goebel’s late 20th-century production period.

The figurine depicts a detailed canary perched on a textured tree stump, rendered in soft yellow and grey tones with precise hand-painted detailing characteristic of Goebel’s ceramic work. It is made of fine porcelain and features a matte and slightly textured finish. The proportions, stance, and coloration closely match Goebel’s naturalistic bird studies from the 1970s–1990s.

The underside carries the Goebel West Germany stamp alongside the model code. The piece shows no chips, cracks, or repairs, and stands firmly on its sculpted base.
