This vintage Royal Albert And This Pig Had None figurine was produced in England in 1992 as part of the officially licensed Beatrix Potter character collection.

The porcelain figure depicts a seated pig wearing a brown hat, a textured green and burgundy shawl and a lavender dress. She is positioned on a moulded wooden chair and holds a small object in her hands. Detailed modelling across the clothing, hat, chair and facial features is completed with a glossy glazed finish. The underside carries the Royal Albert England crown mark, character title, Beatrix Potter attribution and 1992 copyright information.

The character takes its name from the traditional This Little Piggy nursery rhyme and appears within Beatrix Potter’s illustrated world. This Royal Albert interpretation was modelled by Martyn Alcock, introduced in 1992 and produced until 1998.
