This Lilliput Lane sculpture represents Petticoat Cottage, produced exclusively for the Lilliput Lane Collectors Club in 1994–1995. The piece was handmade in Cumbria and released as a members-only model, accompanied by its original Deeds certificate and full COA.

The cottage is crafted in textured Amorphite resin with detailed brickwork, garden foliage, and a blue front door characteristic of early Lilliput Lane designs. The base label confirms its Collectors Club origins and the 1994 copyright, and the sculpt is signed by the original painter.

Petticoat Cottage was introduced as a free gift for club members during the mid-1990s, reflecting the brand’s transition toward highly textured rural cottages inspired by traditional British architecture. Early club exclusives such as this example remain notable for their handmade finishing and strong collector demand.
